Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

What data we collect

If you complete a diagnostic on the site, we record your responses, including your name and email address, and metadata such as your IP address.

Like all websites, we log metadata such as IP addresses as you browse the site for the purposes of maintenance and security.

How we use your data

If you complete a diagnostic on the site, we use your responses to compute your score and produce your report. We use your email address to notify you if a diagnostic has stalled, and we share it with your consultant so they can contact you about your diagnostic.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

If you complete a diagnostic, your responses and computed score will be shared with your consultant. Your consultant may be based anywhere around the globe, including in the UK, European Economic Area, US or Canada, including some locations that may not have laws that provide the same level of protection for personal information. When this is the case, we will ensure they agree to hold the data to the same standards as required in the GDPR.

We may use anonymised data from the diagnostics to improve the diagnostic process and to determine underlying trends in how companies are responding to the c-change.

How long we retain your data

If you complete a diagnostic on this site, the diagnostic and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so that you or your consultant can review your responses later. If you’d like us to remove your data at any time, please email.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You have a number of rights relating to your information, including: to see what we hold, to ask us to update incorrect or incomplete details, to object to or restrict processing of it, to erase it, and to make a complaint. Please email us if you wish to exercise these rights.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
